Let me assist you in making decisions about replacing your current computer. If you have a computer from 2007 or older, you may be experience slower response time or your computer may not run at all. There are often things that can be done to get your current system back up and running. If not I have ideas of which computers work best for our software.

Many practitioners have asked me to check out their computer/device systems from time to time to make sure everything is current and the computer is running at peak efficiency. These requests have spurred me to create a Biofeedback System Tune Up service and make it available to everyone. By using remote access software we can keep your computer and CLASP32 software working well on a monthly or bi-weekly basis whether you are there or not. I will logon at our scheduled time and do the work shown below (what I do will be visible to you as I am doing it), then shut down your system. Our Part: · Discuss your needs, choose which Service you want and set up a schedule for the service. Your Part: · Email or call me before the appointment or leave a text message on your desktop with any questions or concerns you want me to look at specifically during the tune up. (Be sure to use TUNE UP or my name in the title of the text message if you use that method of communication). · Ensure that your anti-virus program is currently working and updated before starting the Internet Explorer browser (BHO doesn’t work well with any other browsers). · Go to my website www.look-inside-a-healing-way.com and use the Biofeedback System Tune Up button to pay me through PayPal (you can use a credit card with them if you don’t have an account). · Connect the computer to any devices (CLASP32, printer, etc.) and have them turned on. · Follow the instructions I will have sent you in an email about how to prepare the remote access software on your end for me to connect to. My Part: · Clean up the computer hard drive and check installed Programs in Add/Remove section for duplicates or outdated software. · Check Memory on older computers and assist you in adding the most memory available. · Remove unused or unneeded Icons from the Desktop. · Keep the Start Menu clean to keep the computer at optimal speed. · Make any changes you desire in background or logon (password add/remove/change). · Test the connection and startup between the computer and the SCIO/EPFX/QXCI Device. · Discuss any issues with the connections between the computer and the Device or any other device, e.g. Wifi Router, DSL or CABLE modem internet connections, printers or any other external devices. · Send you an email of what was done and what might need your attention.
